I always come out of a Zuda yoga class completely refreshed, detoxified, and stress free. They provide you with numbered spaces so classes aren t overpacked and a free hand towel ( which is amazing because I always seem to forget mine in the car, that pre yoga brain fog is real). No matter the skill level or teacher, I guarantee you will have an amazing experience. The only qualm I have is spending so much money per class, however, the benefits you receive are far worth your money spent in my personal opinion and they will reward you once you accumulate more classes. I dare you to try a class and fall in love with this crazy awesome community of people, you will not be disappointed.
