If I could give negative stars I definitely would love that option. This place has had the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I m sure this feedback will go unnoticed, like everyone else who complains here. I asked if I could talk to someone about feedback and they informed me they have comment cards . What a joke. Unfortunately Springfield has nothing else..so if someone is looking for the best company ever...start something different for consumers than this ridiculous place. You would have SO many people to follow.
