Beautiful area just off the Mississippi. I'm going to rate it a 3 simply because getting in and around this area has so many unique challenges. You either park in the city side and walk or come in from the river side and deal with pedestrians, horse drawn carriages, or people in their vehicles stopping every 200ft to take pictures. Road construction season was in full swing and it was nearly impossible to get to the park from the river side. It didn't help that some crazy high snowfalls also lead to massive flooding in and around the greater St. Louis area. Maybe it was just the time of day we went? I honestly could've gone without seeing it.
