Almost always dealt with assistant rather then having a connection to open up and explain what had happened to me. Took 6yrs to get me $24,000 all in for almost losing/scared my life (lawyer got $14,000). Was transferred from lawyer to lawyer within firm which was unsettling. My lawyer Kimberley Bufton whom must've been an amateur said the establishment that I was suing pretty much bullied me/her and that we could not sue as much because their insurance was out of the country. I should have walked away when I sensed the 2nd lawyer I got set up with within the first year and I had seen 5 in the 6yrs so try explaining yourself and opening up again to a new lawyer. To this day I regret the headache, the lingering responses to my requests, doing follow ups and standing their ground and fought for my right to live and proper compensation rather then deter me from taking it to trial and pretty much bullying me into taking the deal and putting me in a great depression. I suggest you do some research and look around before making a decision to possibly waste years of your life...
