Tony was my one and only recruiter for 3 years and was recommended to me by a friend. While other therapists had multiple recruiters, I only had one. I purposely chose to stay and work with Tony because he listened to every need and priority. We had developed a level of trust and transparency that allowed our working relationship to flourish. There were 2 distinct times in my travel PT career when the facility I worked with, made an attempt to take advantage of me. However, we were diligent in our contract and had specified the details in our contract.

Tony served as my champion and protected me through all my contracts. He provided weekly check-ins just to make sure that I didn't have any issues and helped me troubleshoot solutions for any problems I may have encountered. For his continuous support, I remained loyal to him as my recruiter. Even though I have settled down and taken up a full-time job, I still remain in touch with him and pass along his information to those who seek an opportunity to learn more about Travel PT.
