We have visited Pine Knoll on several occasions and found the staff to be helpful and informative. Resident needs were handled efficiently and there always seem to be events happening for everyone to enjoy. On one visit staff, residents, and family members were celebrating a holiday together. It seems to us that staff truly enjoy working at Pine Knoll.
