Went to the cafe for having lunch. But it took age...

Went to the cafe for having lunch. But it took ages even for a cup of coffee to be served. It actually took like 20-30mins for our coffee/drinks to come to the table. For the meals took further 15-20 mins or so. I ordered full english breakfast, but after 45 mins waiting it came with already cold toast and tomato, only beans were warm. I just realized now that no mushrooms were on it although the menu on the webpage says so. My wife ordered hot sandwitch, but it came up as a cold sandwich (no toasted). But i didn't ask to change to the hot one as it surely will take another half an hour or so! I also so the other family with only a dad's meal not been served and left alone with mum and kids finishing all their meals... It was a disaster.
