I was a walk-in, and they took me right away which was really nice. Front desk staff went out of their way to be super kind. I was treated very well for the first appointment. I had a male PA and he was amazing. I had hurt my knee pretty badly, but nothing showed up on x-rays. My 3 subsequent visits went poorly. They treated me like I was lying until I demanded an MRI which showed a double tear in my meniscus. They scheduled me for surgery but then proceeded to put me off for months. I guess they decided they didn't want to do my surgery, but didn't seem to want to tell me. Again, in terrible pain for 5 months so I went somewhere else. The new place I went to scheduled my surgery within two weeks, and it went perfectly! I will never come back to this office. The billing clerk was unreasonably rude and if you ever have an MRI here, be prepared to be treated even worse. Inexcusable.
