Food was cold instead of hot, asked for BBQ sauce ...

Food was cold instead of hot, asked for BBQ sauce on the ribs n to be put back on the grill for a minute was told "I'll tell him but I don't know of he will" when it came out it was COLD. My wife's Mac n cheese was cold, pulled pork n pulled chicken was at room temp. wasn't hot or even warm food that matter. We haven't eaten here in a while and now I remember why, the last 2 times there was a problem with out food as well. I'll drive to Alachua next time I wasn't Sonney's that one is always good.
