i cant believe this knowledgehut celebrating 6th year anniversary. I have had very bad experience with this company. I have paid for my online course 3 weeks before starting the class. Before I make payment I have called and confirmed them that
1. Are you 100% sure that you will complete the course on time?
2. How many of them joined until now? They answered 3
3. will you change the session timing? they answered No it is fixed
I have got an email after 3 days from my payment saying that your training dates are changed, After 2 days I have got an another email stating we are not going to conduct training on those dates so you join with week end batch.
I have told them I am not available on week ends, then they said wait we will update you and i havent got any response from them almost a week. Again I have called them and told them if you cant start the training on the specified date please return my money. They agreed. Its been 3 weeks i am waiting no proper response from them. even i have sent an email asking about the update but no use. such irresponsible people working in this company. i never recommend anyone to join this company. even i was thinking to recommend my friends. such a worst experience. totally they wasted my time and money. they dont even understand their mistake and apologise for their mistake and they blame me.....please guys dont join this institution for any course....
