Overall, a minor disappointment. I am always looking for alternatives to see my favorite acts, since I don't enjoy seeing shows at the ZiggoDome in Amsterdam. Unfortunately, the GelreDome requires the use of "Wallet" system wherein one must pay cash or debit to load a debit card which is used at all the food and drink merchants. The space itself is decent - it's a typical football stadium-type venue. The bathrooms are clean enough, but in a venue holding 34,000, they are bound to get gross without proper staffing and cleaning. The food and drinks are overpriced and satiating, but not necessarily anything special. I will still frequent GelreDome before heading to ZiggoDome, but I wish there was an ideal venue in Holland for seeing events/shows/acts I love.
