Actually, I was always happy with Galeria, apart from that it is often very crowded. However, when I recently had to bring back something because it was broken after not even a month, the saleswomen were really extremely rude and made insinuations that I would not dare. I myself work in the trade as a saleswoman and would rather chop off my fingers than a customer who wants to bring something back so rude and incompetent kicking at the feet. Customer is king at Galeria rather less.
