Third class accountability towards civic issues, lake & drain encroachment etc. Absolutely no proper physical security compared to other Business parks. Anyone can come in. The Road connecting to Gate 4 has been illegally closed since late 2015. This is causing severe inconvenience to people in the area. BBMP and Embassy group blame each other for it. The employees and residents are the ones suffering. Opening the road for public use will reduce traffic from main gates too.
