Truly I would give this resort a 4.7. The resort is clean and beautiful the rooms are very nice and all of the amenities are above average . The staff is very nice and the pools are perfect. The only thing that is even somewhat negative is the lagoon as it is definitely no substitute for true beachfront. However, as I have learned most resorts do not have access to the beach directly because it is very rocky so this man-made lagoon certainly better no salt water access. I really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back again . If you're looking for an upscale luxurious relaxing time in the keys I highly recommend it! However as I have learned it is not common for beachfront access in the keys at resort.
