We really enjoyed our tour here. All the cats have separate, spacious enclosures that allow them to hide if they don't want to be seen. The tour guide identifies any cats that we do see and then plays an audio recording about that cat's story. So most info is received via personal radios with ear buds, meaning less talking and disruption for the cats. Do expect a slight urging from the staff to get involved with petitioning your local government.
