The children had so much fun seeing all the animals. We watched the feeding of the sea lions, elephants and penguins. It also was an educational experience. The care takers look at the bellies, appetite and behavior of the animals to see that they are healthy when they perform tricks. For a couple of dollars the children get to ride a train around the zoo premise and also a carousel with all kinds of animals to sit on.
Parking was free and plenty right there at the zoo.
