Reputated company should hire good hr team members for recruitment process.currently hr of your company useless and his name Vivek and his to assistance too failure your organization ,does not matter how many experience he have in field of HR.kindly give training to them ,what is hr process and how to behave because they are representing your organization. He have much attitude treats others like slaves .shouts during interview process this useless guy spoils your organization name.
