Always enjoy staying here! Despite the problems of the last year, the staff are always pleasant and friendly and have done the best they can within the rules. The rooms are always immaculate and clean. I would move in if I could!
We have just returned fully rested from here after a 2 day stay .The staff are absolutely lovely and friendly.The food was very tasty but a bit pricey.Excellent service throughout and everywhere was lovely and clean The pool is warm and the jacuzzi and hot tub outside a pleasure to use .Big bed ,very comfy and nice quality linens .Felt like l was back in the womb .x
Overall dissatisfied with our stay at the hotel.
The Length of the wait for breakfast, and the overall service was not special at all, like what was advertised. The hotel room was fine, what was not fine was the noise from the spa doors banging every 2 mins from 6:50 am onwards, so not a very nice sleep. I would of expected the doors to be soft close, along with room doors, which also were very noisy. I cannot say I would recommend this hotel to another person. What was expected to be a relaxing day and night for me and my pregnant partner turned into a stay to forget

The staff were all very polite and helpful.
We went for a lovely swim and jacuzzi followed by a wonderful relaxing back and leg massage. Then we had a very lovely lunch.

Arrived on the Bank holiday weekend (Very Busy) we hoped to get into the spa although fully booked we had a really nice stay, really enjoyed the food (all 3 courses) and the drinks with the live singer. The waiters were very helpful and recommended most of our drinks. The rooms were modern, clean with a large bed and Tv. Breakfast was really nice with alot of options would definitely come back but next time get in the Spa.
Lovely room and evening dinner, staff were very friendly. Breakfast was chaotic, it seemed like everyone was booked at same time and staff were very stressed. Food went missing, we then got a different order. Overall we had a lovely stay but would advise having breakfast in the room next time instead of restaurant to save the stress.

Used a conference room which was reasonable size, WiFi available, big screen for projecting to which was sufficient for it needs. Good at lunch on the restaurant was be very good. Would recommend and would go again.
Worked here for 3 days and nights replacing bedroom flooring to a pet friendly type. Fantastic hospitality shown to us by staff and superb facilities provided throughout our stay
