I have an annual contract with A.O. Reed & Co. for quarterly maintenance of the HVAC system at my business downtown. This is the fourth HVAC maintenance company I've worked with since 2017, and it is SO REFRESHING to work with the professional experts at A.O. Reed & Co.
Omar was in my shop this morning for quarterly maintenance. It was good to see him again. He knows exactly what he's doing, and always explains it to me very clearly, showing me what he's referring to when necessary, and even breaking down various options when repairs are necessary. This is top-notch service at a very reasonable price.
