Worst experience I have ever had with any car my life
Paid $51k for second hand Q5 sold it back to them as I had a job transfer overseas received $27k
The sales manager was fantastic but the company was bought out my a monopoly that doesn t have any morals

The 5 stars I would have given for the initial sale is way diminished due to being ripped off
My advice is beware !

Been advised this is the norm and I should have done more research

So I guess it is ok and it is the customer service I should have expected
