Absolutely terrible. You spend the first few months trying to get rid of the roaches from the previous tentant. The hot water has broken 5 times in the short while I've lived here, 3 of which took almost a whole week to fix. A/C is terrible. I left a hersey kiss on my counter and when I came home it was melted. When I talked to the office, they came looked for 5 seconds, said it was fine and left. You spend all day sweating inside. There is not enough parking spaces for residents and the few they have are too small. I'm 5'2" and 100lbs and struggle to get out of my car. Not to mention the police on property almost every other day, nightly search helicopters, or the fact that 3 other residents offered me free drugs in exchange for sex. DON'T MOVE HERE!
