Wife wanted to go out for a nice evening as she'd been working 12 hour overnights all week, and while we were hesitant to go due to covid we figured restaurants would be following the rules and it would be okay. Curate was not, with not a single staff member wearing any sort of face covering or mask.

It was disappointing, and so was the food. Unfortunately what I had hoped would redeem the evening left me wondering what happened. I had very high hopes for this restaurant, being that it is from the minds that brought us Vele, easily one the best restaurants in town. Yet the steak was cooked medium rare...in some spots, and medium to medium-well in others. The choose your own charcuterie was good, but the crostini's both with that and the rest of the small plates were so phoned in that it left me wondering why they served them in the first place. It seemed the best pieces of food that I ate were items that were prepackaged and cut into pieces, and for the price I certainly expected better.
