I had a great encounter with Mark from Boehmers today. He sorted out an issue with my thermostat that was causing the AC to short-out. Mark was personable and got the problem sorted out. I made the appointment on a Saturday and this encounter occurred Sunday morning. Quick and efficient. Thanks again.
