If you are heading here for buffet, ask for the head chef, or the captain, and get a clear understanding of how the flow is, or the laying of food has been done in the floor. Honestly, it helps us get a better idea on how to go about with the starters, the live counter (which they call the "super bowl"), the salads, the main course, the chaat course and finally the desserts.
Coming to the food part, as in other star hotels, the starters arent too many, even in the non-veg section. But that again is more than compensated with the custom selections you get to do in the live course, including the different scales of spiciness.
The main course has some serious content too, and you need to honestly keep aside some space for it. While Chaat doesn't seem to fit in to a buffet menu, you can if you have the liking.
The dessert definitely did stand out, as apart from all the varieties in the table, they have worked to give everything it's unique flavour and touch.
If you have food vouchers, that comes in way more handy too!!
