I am writing this because I was disappointed in our stay this past weekend.

My fiance & I stayed in room 618 & from opening of the door we were shocked.
The room had a mildew smell. We looked past it & went to put some items in the fridge that we had from the drive & the fridge was so wobbly the microwave almost fell on our youngest.

As I sat on the bed I looked up to see a big moldy, cracking peeling part of the ceiling in the corner. I am guessing that is where the mildew smell was coming from. In addition the wall paper was coming away from the wall.

Then our oldest child sat at the table & that was broken & the remote to the tv was broken on the back as well.

Our view was of a over filled dumpster.

We asked to upgrade or switch rooms several times, & talk to a manager. We kept being told they're not in & we are fully booked.

As I understand both situations there was never any compensation or remorse for how we were feeling.

Knowing we are supposed to be getting married there & our guests would be staying there I am not sure if this will work now.

I know my family & his & this would not sit with them well at all if they were in a room like ours paying almost $1,000 for there stay.

I am just truly in disbelief and am asking for my deposit back.

Very disappointed
