I made the drive from Tulsa, OK to trade in my Road King for a 2018 Street Glide. I worked with Dan and Josh over the phone making a deal and could not be any more pleased with the service. Once at the dealership I was assisted by Brandon, Josh, and Jack. The transaction was seamless and the deal we had come to over the phone was not altered. I had previously inquired about a Street Glide at the Harley Davidson in Allen, TX. I was flat out lied to by the salesman I spoke to that the bikes advertised online were no longer available. This was not the case because I am driving one of those bikes now. I am so glad I decided to call the Garland store. I am 100% satisfied with the service I received and will most definitely contact them first for any Harley purchase in the future. The 4.5 hour drive was definitely worth it. If you're in the market for a new or used Harley, try this dealership first.
