DO NOT GET AN IINET ACCOUNT, IF YOU DO GET OUT....I have been with iinet for nearly 12 years, recently we moved business premises and have had the WORST experience I have EVER had dealing with a business in Australia (they don't deserve to be able to operate with their now completely inadequate customer service and business practices) We were left without internet for over 10 weeks and had to resort to mobile dongles, when I tried to discuss compensation with them I had nothing but a run around by their supposed customer service specialist Matty Merrington who could not even give a straight answer nor it seemed understand simple questions asked of him. I have asked repeatedly for a meeting to resolve with no joy and have also asked repeatedly for them to offer compensation for the pain we have had to endure again no joy.

I have taken this to the TIO to resolve as iinet will not even try to help them selves here.

I wish I could give negative 5 stars.
