Unreasonable yard rules, apathetic and dismissive staff.

If you're live unloading here, expect anywhere from 3-7 hours.

I've dealt with them several times and have been turned away at least once because my safety vest was not bright enough/the silver reflective stripes were too worn.

On one occasion I was delivering and the dock staff were in the waiting room playing cards. Ignored I was even there for over an hour, then took my paperwork. Offloading took another six hours that time.

Absolutely brutal, I have nightmares from delivering here.
