Kino helped me in the Service Dept and kept me upd...

Kino helped me in the Service Dept and kept me updated with the happenings of my BMW. He was super nice and laughed at my corny jokes... Everyone is always nice in the service dept but he is my favorite!!! I liked receiving video from the service tech regarding the issue with my vehicle the only downfall is that it was hard to make out what was being said due to the noise in the background...Other than that I had a great experience with BMW.
