I recently purchased a distressed property in North Phoenix and have been readying it to be flipped. The house was not in too bad of shape but all the back windows were shattered. They were South facing and took in a lot of light and heat - so we hired Arizona Solar Control to order new windows and have them solar tinted to replace them. It made such a difference in the temperature downstairs and really modernized the look of the kitchen. The price was within my budget and the payoff I believe will be great, especially if they look at other similar houses in the development.
