I checked out the website due to my friend sending me a free box. I filled out all the information needed but never confirmed the order or options they ended up sending something random in which I had allergies too. I called the company addressing it also mentioning how I do not want to be apart of the company. She apologizes but issues a credit to my account instead and tells me I can cancel online instead (the avoidance in the solution) I said I did not want neither. After seeing my account was not cancelled I had to "skip" the following week since they do not have the cancel option on there and it was after business hours.I then received an email about a charge and my next box going out?!
I emailed them since it was a weekend and the response email me just told me how I can cancel online but AGAIN only shows me how to SKIP then says underneath to call in to cancel (complete joke here)! When calling with frustration the supervisor Gerald continued to repeat the same messages telling me there is nothing to do he apologies for the mix up with his teammate and "unfortunately the box is already sent out in the hands of the carrier so no refund would be issued but hopefully you could make use of the box" ... This is not customer service, being stuck with unwanted food I cannot eat and the company stealing my money then saying hopefully you could make use of the box!!
