We stayed there over this past Labor Day weekend in the Villages which I must say was very nice and picturesque. The grounds were beautiful.

My concerns and disappointment stems from us staying there for 2 nights and housekeeping never coming to our villa to tidy up. I saw them in other villas and coming and going but they never made it to our villa. Secondly, when we arrived our refrigerator wasn't working. The villas have a full kitchen so we brought up some groceries which needed refrigeration so I immediately called the front desk. They sent someone right away and after swapping out a part and working on it for 45 mins, he got it working. What I didn't like was that he waited around for a tip from my boyfriend. We are generally great tippers but neither of us felt we should tip for something that should have been working from the beginning. The guy literally just stood there and wouldn't leave, to where my boyfriend had to thank him, shake his hand and usher him out the door. About two hours later the lukewarm fridge starting making humming noises which it continued to do off and on for the rest of our stay.

I must say again, the grounds were nice with many things to do but I'm a bit surprised at the lack of housekeeping and the forwardness of the technician.
