I had previously mailed the information for the automatic draft, and thought that the billing would be handled accordingly. Well my wife at home with our 7 DAY OLD daughter just called me to inform me that we had no water pressure. Apparently the draft was never set up, and the bills haven't been paid. That's fine, it may be my fault, possibly u.s. mail, but of course not BRWW's fault. A simple courtesy call from BRWW, and none of this would have ever happened. To add insult to injury, I was charged an extra $130 in connection fees! I guess BRWW would miss out on way to many connection fees if they implemented courtesy calls prior to disconnection. When you have a monopoly on a product I guess customer satisfaction isn't an issue...
