talked on the phone for 3 min with the representative, who did nothing but attack me for trying to find a solution to my problem. i have daily abdominal pain that makes it hard to move, pain so intense i causes me to faint at least 3 times a week. it wasn't that said he wouldn't be able to help me, it was the reps complete arrogance. He got on the phone looking for a fight, when all i needed was help. reps final quote "we have no interest in helping you". So why send me an email telling me to call them, they have my application with all my info. If your gonna be rude and impatient with people who are genuinely sick or in need of help. don't make them call you for that treatment. Thats not what is necessary, just say no don't be a jerk.
