Having an issue with an iPad, went in and was instructed by the first employee to wait in the long tech support line. When I make it to the front of the line, another employee asks me to schedule an appointment 2 hours from now. When I ask about a drop off service, he tells me I can drop it off in 2 hours. Then he brings the attitude when I don't want to give him my email. I haven't even seen the "genius" yet, but if he's anything like the rest of the overpaid employees in there, I highly doubt the experience will be positive.
