I felt I was offered a fair price for my trade in 2011 Silverado as it was at the upper end of what KBB was suggesting and what I thought it was worth. The staff ( especially my sales associate Mike McNeley) was more than pleasant, courteous, and I never felt pressured to buy a car or service I didn't want. I will most likely be a return customer.
