As a mountainside villas time share owner we started coming years ago. We now tag a week thru RCI on to our other week by buying what ever is available. They have gotten do tight that this time they tried to charge us two resort fees because we booked a two bedroom unit as usually, only this time they are up and down in seperate units.

As Owners we have never been forced to pay any "resort fees" because we already pay them thru ownership. Long story short, we won't be doing it any more. The unit we own has gone downhill in the past and we have told them they need to use the maintenance fee to actually maintain the units. We shall see this next week if we are actually getting what we are paying for. Moral nice area with lots of potential assuming MGMT actually cared.
