My wife and I were shopping for a mortgage as she just took a job in Mobile and needed to move fast. I called AMIC and a guy by the name of David Edwards answered. I was worried that because of our bad credit (around 620) we would not be able to qualify. However, David walked us through several options that got us approved rather quickly. Moving totally sucks, but we were glad we got lucky in finding David. He made the process of moving and getting a pretty good rate feel easy. I hope if we move again, he is around to help us.
