I have gotten services done here twice (car detail and oil change). I made an appointment to get my oil change on a Friday afternoon, I showed up and they told me they were 2 hours behind but if I made an appointment for the next day before 8am, it would be really quick. I showed up at 7:30am on a Saturday (my appointment time) and there were already 10 people in the waiting room. I decided to wait in the waiting room since the man the day before said it would be quick. Well I waited 4 hours for an oil change. FOUR HOURS. That is ridiculous. I will never get my car serviced here again
