These people are just deplorable. Lie to you about when the auto payments will come out and then offer no lieniency during times of emergency (freezing weather and/or death of family members) then are very rude and demand deposits because you can't meet their surprise due date. If you can find any place in town that is Empire instead I highly recommend that you do. These crooks need to be taken care of.
