Electronic bill cannot be received
You need to change to a paper bill. You need to swipe 12 times or 60,000 a year to waive the card fee.

The Citi Mobile Life app can check the details (the speed is very slow), but the displayed information is not clear. I ca n t understand the instalments at all, and then the payment of the card will still show the current month's card fee, and the penalty will be imposed soon after the deadline.
You can't make up the bill at the counter, you have to use the app to handle it yourself. If there is any problem, you will only call customer service ...
The voice customer service design is super bad. If you want to transfer someone for the first time, you will always get stuck in the billing information, and then you will be transferred to someone for the second time after you hang up.
It takes 1 hour to change the foreign currency because there is no account in your bank ... but I am also the cardholder of your bank!
Staff service attitude is good, but the bank's various regulations are irritating and terrible !!! I will never do a Citi credit card again
