My buying experience with this dealership has been...

My buying experience with this dealership has been terrible. I've asked why the car I'm interested in suddenly went up in mileage (with no reduction in price mind you). Rob Gould told me that "it's being daily driven by one of the sales men". Ok i was fine with that. I've asked if they could stop abusing the car while I'm in the middle of purchasing it (because that's not appealing to the buyer) but the manager said they would not put the car on hold despite my offer to place a security deposit. I'm not even upset about my credit score getting hurt by tens of inquiries they did. I'm upset that they wasted my time and energy for two weeks. I'm also not upset that they can't put it on hold, its first come first serve I get it. But at least stop abusing the very car you're selling. Be careful with used cars you buy here. You'd hate to know it was abused by a sales man beforehand.
