Sadly, 0 is not an option. Dollar for dollar, service and quality of service, this place is negative score.
Definitely one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed with.
First the Valet messed up our Vehicle's tagg and the vehicle was Registered under a different guest, and I understand mistakes happen, so I was willing to overlook this but, the room was dreadfully hot. The AC unit was Broken, and every hour would default back to 75 degrees. If We tried to turn the fan speed up the entire wall and vent would vibrate and cause unbearable noise. To top of the hot room, there was also no water in the room to drink nor vending machines to buy water. They have "Complementary water", for elite members only. I guess normal guest dying of thirst in a hot room are relagated to sink water.!! Pretty sure it's against code violations to not have readily available drinking water for guest.

There is a text line for issues, I texted the line and no response. I also called the front desk and again no answer.
Luckily to top off this horrid experience, the comforters here are paper thin, and I will upload photos to show. The Beds were uncomfortable and the pillows are dilapidated like a flat ballon.
I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. The only perk is this Hotel is located near the Event center.
Literally the only perk.
Please find another place to go. This place charges upscale prizes for less than a Best Western quality and has 0 included amenities. They're charing $20 for movies available for Rent on Google play for $2.99.
Entirely a ripoff.
