I waited 2 hours for an oil change. 2 hours. They won some big flag in the waiting room with #1 Hyundai Service in the district for 2019. They must be the only one on the district. Literally. They made that flag for themselves. Every single 5k oil change, 1.5 to 2 hours. One girl had to look through the window to tell me how long the wait was. I had to reschedule. Still 2 hours on a wed at 10am. That is pathetic.
