The VBON employees are extremely RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL! I called and spoke to a female employee twice and she didn t even give me a chance to fully speak before she started shouting at me. The second time she hung up the phone while I was in the middle of a conversation with her. It s an absolute DISGRACE to say the least! One star is a compliment if you ask me; none would be more appropriate.
