Terrible management! Although I must admit that this Menchies is extremely clean and generally a smiling face at the register, I have been extremely disappointed on my recent visits with management and supervision. In my recent visits I was not only told I was wrong but was yelled at by a supervisor. The store manager has also disrespected me in the past many times. I've also heard a few horror stories of management completely disrespecting and "doing wrong" by many other customers to the point of having to give out "lifetime discounts" in order to make up for his wrong-doing. I will take my business elsewhere from now on.
