My daughter had an upper lip and brow wax last week and the beautician left hot wax on her lip whilst she plucked her brows resulting in a serious burn. The true test of a business is not when things go right it s when things go wrong and so Smooth and Tan epically and arrogantly failed to apologise for the mistake made causing injury to my daughter so devastated for her and disgusted in the arrogance and dismissive approach of the CEOs response .... after more than 30 years of custom I m done
