Never experienced anything like that last night. We arrived at 8.50 p.m. As always parking on p2. When we get there we are told that this is no longer possible by a foreign man who literally sat on a stone. He just took the trouble to ask if it was allowed via the two-way radio, but no. P2 was empty for three quarters and he only had to open the gate. Advice to p1, p4, or p5. Drive on to the Arena deck and we were not allowed in either. Explained that we were not allowed at P2 we were not believed. So off again. Finally arrived on P5 at least 20 minutes later because everything was closed.
HOW IS IT IN GOD NAME that everything can be closed while there are people who can come later.
How is it possible that I don't know how many traffic controllers are walking around who all at that time do not know how they can help you. The only thing we heard is that it was not possible that we were sent away from P2. This was also not checked. Apparently everything works and people understand everything if everything goes according to the rules, but for people who first got stuck in a traffic jam and arrive later and want to see the concert that was booked well in advance, we have taken away the joy. I say Ziggo hire other people who know the business and adjust the policy. We missed half an hour of the concert purely because we came later. And then the reaction that the concert started at 8 p.m. is ridiculous because that was the support act and nobody from Ziggo decided that we should see the support act.
And thanks for your misunderstanding.
