I have had the pleasure of shopping at this store in their Gallows Rd location in the Falls Church area. Their staff went over the top to help me with my friend who is in a wheelchair. We spent over 2 hours browsing and buying to help us celebrate the Christmas season. From plants to ribbons, Complimentary popcorn, and hot coffee; we were surrounded by positive, helpful, friendly staff ! A shout out to their cashiers who held onto a large bag of products at their register after I had to leave suddenly because I had to get my friend home and had to leave quickly because of her illness. These young ladies held onto my purchase, tagged it describing my sudden departure and as a result a call the following day was met with, " Oh Yes ! We have your package ! Come in anytime today and we will have it for you at the front register!!"
What a relief - over $150 carefully selected gifts and decorations were still mine !
Great Job Merrifield Gardens !!!
