I love this place. My first time here was 8 years ago. I brought my wife in for our 1st anniversary. We have been regular customers since. I haven't always been able to join my wife on her ventures but the customer service is absolute perfection. Today, I had the ability to join my wife on her shopping experience. The lovely owner, Lu, still calls us by our first names and the smiles and joy is mutual. We socialize and catch up on missed experiences before the shopping adventure. You almost always have a personal assistant while you shop. They give 150% to go above and beyond to make sure your experience is pleasurable, memorable, and rememberable. Since the first time I walked in the door, i have considered Lu and her amazing staff friends. I love them all.
